We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the grand total upon contract signing. Orders are confirmed once deposit payment has been made and all paperwork has been signed. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event. You may make changes to your inventory choices up until 2 weeks before your event. Estimates are good for 10 days from proposal. We accept: cash, check, all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), and PayPal. Please note that all returned checks will incur a $30.00 returned check fee and all credit card transactions will be charged a 4% processing fee. |
delivery and stylingThere is no charge to pick up and drop off the rental items yourself, with the exception of certain over-sized and fragile items which we must deliver. We offer a 35 mile radius of zip code 60544 for a $50 one-way delivery charge for one delivery vehicle. Arrangements can be made for deliveries outside the 35 mile radius on a case-by-case basis. Same-day re-pick up will incur an additional fee. Your venue should help determine inventory drop-off and holding arrangements.
If your florist needs to pick up your vases prior to the event for floral arranging, that can definitely be arranged at no additional cost, provided the items are available. Delivery, set up, styling, take-down and pick-up services are all available and we would love to help make your day as stress-free as possible! If you would like us to style/set-up and/or take-down your rentals, we charge $25 per hour. incidentalsWe understand accidents happen. We require a credit card on file for incidentals, should an item be damaged, disrespected or go missing. If the item can be be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item plus any amount of time the item has to be out of our inventory. If your rental piece is irreplaceable (lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), we will charge your credit card on file five times the rental rate of each item in order to replace.
